Hi,

I have completed a certification on AZ-204 on 31st December 2020. Its quite late I am raising this concern. But I am unable to see AZ-204 passing certificate under my Certificates section. It seems like I never gave the exam.
But when I open 'My Badges' I can see Azure developer badge coming there.

Can you please help me find my certificate asap.

Thanks,
Suvodeep Roy

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
    your Microsoft Certification dashboard

and if not found you can request help with profile linking / merge in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
    Certification Profile/Certification Dashboard
    Certification Profile/Incorrect/Missing Information
    Certification Profile/MCID Assistance
    Certification Profile/Account Linking

If the email you used to get the certificate and sign up through PearsonVue is different from the email you use for Microsoft Q&A, you may not be able to see it, or you may only be able to see it if you have an account that is linked to that email.

I believe there is a feature request in Q&A to add the ability for merged accounts soon, but that capability doesn't exist right now.
