My screen locked with full red saying I had a trojan virus and to call a number. The guy directed me to unlock using the windows key and f4. Then directed me to another site that would give him direct access to my com. I said no. Is this MS or a scam?

    From what you explained, it is a SCAM for sure.
    Take a note of the number an details and take a screenshot and close it and you may share it to local authorities in your country.
    NEVER call the number.
    Try update your Anti-Malware program and run a full system scan with it.
