Hi, I have azure. Someone is somehow installing powershell scripts onto my computer that allows them to host my

PC through P2P and UDP connections, well I think so anyway. I have only just found powershell script entry changes in my registry by accident. These criminals troll me incessantly, both on twitch and online games.  Programs and settings are changed without my persmission that allow them to access my computer remotely, for instance Bluetooth being turned on, WLAN connections opened, windows search on, amongst others.  I don't know what powershell is or how to use it. I just bought a new computer because the old one was destroyed by these criminal scumbags and now this one is now infected with scripts that allow them into my machine and ruin my online experience. I am not computer savy and have a disability pension for PTSD. This is making my  life very difficult and I am not able to seek help locally as I am not financially secure.  I have sought help previously but the help did nothing to stop this problem. Please help me!!!!!??????

Hi Elise, I have done all that and the problem persists. There are UDP and P2P networks on my computer when I have wifi disabled and am using a ethernet cable to my router. I must have done something right as the criminals were outside verbally abusing me and threatening me at one point. The fresh installation did not stop these connections and the online trolling is still very intense and specific to me. I have found a bunch of svhos processes in windows that look like they are setting up these networks. Also windows defender processes should be running in the windows section right? I have a malware executable file running that I can't shut down and it is using a massive amount of memory 86megs? Anyway, I am exhausted and have tried a lto for today. Bye

PS: I am not very somputer cavy and need simple fixes, I really am exhausted mentally from doing this stuff and feel extremely upset and disaffected by all this. I hope you can help me as I can't really afford a local IT professional to help me.

Hmm, I have IRL problems that make this possible. I don't got to dodgy website or open random e-mails. People break into my house and somehow get my password, these scripts were generated on a day I wasn't home and didn't start up my computer. Um, anyway, I guess I can keep searching for corrupted files? They establish UDP connections and WLAN networks, so they live very close by. I generally see these on my task manager and shut them off, but they open them up in other ways and I can't always find and end the processes, and some of them won't end when I click close process. Any ideas? I guess I should change my password more often maybe? This must sound fantastic to you but I can assure you it is real, why else would they be establishing WLAN networks, I use a ethernet cable solely for this exact reason. I tried the police but they looked at me like I was an alien and the policeman said he doesn't have a router to me. They really need more education in this field, I have self educated in this field as a necessity. These criminal scumbags really irritate me. Thanks again for the help.

Generally they don't download themselves, be careful when accepting attachments on emails or files sent to you. Make sure you only download files from trusted sources.

PowerShell is a core component of the operating system, there is nothing bad about having it, in fact alot of applications require it.

    Kind Regards,

    Elise

Hi Elise, I am reluctant to do all that to fix my computer, but I guess I have to. My main concern is how I can stop it from happening again? I did a system files check and there were corrupted files and these were fixed. Will that solve most of my problems? I have a lot of really big online game sto download and that is why I am reluctant to do the fixes you recommended. I probably will do what you suggested however, I am just lazy. Anyway, what do you suggest to stop further script downloads from happening, I thought I had turned of powershell when I first set this PC up?

    Thanks in advance Rod.

Hi, I'm Elise, an independent advisor and I'd be happy to help with your issue.

It is very difficult to know what has been done to your PC as PowerShell scrips can essentially do anything.

I would suggest backing up your data using one drive.

    https://www.windowscentral.com/how-get-started-...

And the performing a system reset to clear your PC and install Windows 10 fresh.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/17085/...

You should then probably also rest your Microsoft account password

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

    Kind Regards,

    Elise
