How to Solve Windows Error Code 0xc000000e in Windows 10.

My computer was acting a little strange so I tried a reboot. Now it won't start up at all and gave out this error 0xc000000e. I had an old 8.0 win disc and installed that to get it going and updated to Win 10. Which runs great now but there are still problems. I am an administrator but can't do anything as an administrator.

Anyone know whats going on here? Had system images that failed also.
