Windows Hello was not recognizing automatically when I restart the computer

I have setup both Windows Hello and the fingerprint. But every time when I turn on my computer or restart it, both Windows Hello and Fingerprint could not recognize me automatically to log on unless I choose one of the sign-in options. See the photo. How can I do to make the Windows Hello automatically recognize me to log on to the computer without manually choosing a sign-in option? Can anyone help with that? 92402-%E5%9B%BE%E7%89%871-1.jpg

    Hello,

Your system looks connected to the domain. I suggest you to check with your IT administrator, if they have applied any settings regarding Windows Hello.

    Regards.

    Hi @Lily Rong

    1. Domian group policy could be one of the reason, as KapilArya said. You could test this by login as a local user with windows hello enabled. Or view all the group policy applied on your PC.
    2. Is the camera blinking and show looking for you like below?
