BSOD and Whea Uncorrectable Error

Good Morning.

It's 2 years i have this Asus Gaming Laptop, it's a GL703GM. I don't know why i get this BSOD with the stop-message you see in the title. It happens in a completely random way. I thougt the problem was releated to the new Windows build (2004), but probabily i'm no more in time to reinstall the 1903.

Following some intructions i saw in the community, i did a Memtest and everything was ok.

For some reason, i don't know why i can't find a dump file to analize with programs like Who Crashed or Blue Screen View; i can only see what happened thanks to the event log of Windows, and this is whati i get:

I did all the thing that can make a dump file appear, but still no dump file to analize.

I also did a clean Windows Installation, but the BSOD appeared after a day of full normal use.

Before starting an RMA procedure, i want to ask first for a possible solution :)

Thank you all for every possible response and help.

And sorry for my english

Can you change "kernel memory dump" to "automatic memory dump".

That is the default setting and is supposed to create both a minidump and memory dump.

Thank you for all the informations.

I will install theese drivers and see if something change, hoping the BSOD will not appear.

About the paging file, i checked and yes, i have it and is in the OS drive

The settings are also on "kernel memory dump".

I still don't know why there's no dump file.

I don't have any Cleaner programs installed

There is the following repetitive error in the Event System Log:

WHEA-Logger - A corrected hardware error has occurred.

    Component: PCI Express Root Port

Error Source: Advanced Error Reporting (PCI Express)

    Primary Bus:Device:Function: 0x0:0x1D:0x0

    Secondary Bus:Device:Function: 0x0:0x0:0x0

    Primary Device Name:PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A330&SUBSYS_10111043&REV_F0

    Secondary Device Name:

That seems to indicate an issue with an onboard device as VEN_8086 is Intel.

This device may be the Intel wireless.

Can you update both the Intel Wireless driver and Intel Wireless Bluetooth driver from Intel:

Thoroughly research any product advertised on the sites before you decide to download and install it.

Also, for the creation of dump files you need a paging file on the boot volume.

Do you have a paging file?

    Hi,

Can you provide the following information which may help determine any issue(s):

Windows Key + R > type msinfo32 in the "Open" box > OK > File > Save > then save as an .nfo file

Then make the resulting .nfo file available via a public folder on OneDrive or similar site.

Also, can you do the following:

Windows Key + R > type eventvwr in the "Open" box > OK > expand "Custom Views" and then right-click "Administrative Events" > select "Save all events in Custom View As" and save as an .evtx file

Then make the resulting .evtx file available via a public folder on OneDrive or similar site.

Here's a link on using OneDrive:
