DRM Tool not working for Windows 10

Question

OK, I got a machine just to run Windows 10 so I can run the Digital Right Update Tool and it does not work. I keep getting this error:

The pDRM service returned an invalid response, or no response was received.

PLEASE HELP!!

Hi,

What's the OS version of your windows 10? You can first do a clean boot and then check if the error still occurs. The following article talking about how to perform a clean boot in Windows, you can have a look:

Also run sfc /scannow to repair any corrupted windows files.
