    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

We understand that you are having issues with certain keys on the keyboard. We appreciate your time and effort in troubleshooting the issue. In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

    • What is the Version and Build of Windows 10 currently installed? (Type winver in Windows search/Run command)
    • What is the model number of the Dell PC?
    • Does it happen on any specific app or in all apps?
    • Are you aware of any changes on the PC prior to this issue?

It seems that the issue could be hardware related, in order to eliminate the possibility of hardware issue, we would like you to perform two things and let us know.

    1. Type B, N and Spacebar key using the onscreen keyboard and check if you are getting the issue. Click on Start Menu and type OSK.
    2. Connect an external keyboard to the PC for the troubleshooting purpose and check if you are having any difficulties in typing B, N and Spacebar.

Also let us run the KeyboardTroubleshooter:

Select the Start Menu button, and then select Settings>Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters and then from the list select KeyboardRun the troubleshooter.

You may also run a keyboard diagnostic from Dell website

Let us know the results. If the issue persists, we will certainly assist you further.
