What is GameBarFT.exe? Is it a legitimate MS operating element as my antivirus software has blocked it

Hi Sam

It depends, if you play XBox games, that is part of that setup, if not, then you can safely block that, it will not affect anything else on your PC . . .

Hi Sam

Rest assured GameBarFT.exe is a legitimate Microsoft process, that is not malware, your Anti-virus is producing a false positive on that file . . .
