Cannot delete a folder in Finder that doesn't exist in system

I have Icloud installed in Win 10 Home V 1909 and my Finder window shows 8 separate folders for Icloud Photos in left hand panel under Quick Access pane. The 8 folders properties window point to location :

C:\Users\aoli7\OneDrive\Pictures\iCloud Photos

but this location does not exist in C drive. Trying to open folders brings error window saying folder does not exist and may have been moved or deleted.

Does anyone know how to delete a System folder from Finder list when the folder does not exist?

Many thanks in advance for any assistance.

    Hello AbbeyDad,

I am Antonio, a Microsoft Community independent advisor, a Windows 10 and Microsoft office user like you. I hope I can help you on your concern.

To be able to assist you properly, I would like to ask few questions from you, please see below:

    1. So you want to remove the folder in Quick Access that are no longer available?

    Please follow the steps below:

    1. Open Windows File Explorer
    2. Go to File and select Options
    3. In General tab, click the Clear button below to Clear File Explorer history

    Another way is:

    1. Right-click the folder in Quick Access and select Unpin from Quick Access

This will remove the folder from showing in Quick Access.

You're response is highly appreciated. Please let me know if the issue is fixed, if not, we will find another way.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

    Keep safe always.

    Sincerely,

    Antonio

Thanks Antonio but this did not fix the error. Suggestion 1) Clear File Explorer history simply removes Recent Files.

Suggestion 2) The folder is not pinned to Quick Access bar so it cant be unpinned.

Problem remains unsolved at this point.

    Many thanks.

    AD.
