Unable to Update Campaign Group Status via LinkedIn Marketing API

In attempting to update a Campaign Group status via the Marketing API, I'm getting an error saying I don't have access to the account: "Your application is not configured to access the related advertiser account(s), please ensure you have added the account ID(s) in your Account Management list." However, I am able to perform reads on that Account and Campaign Group via the API, and my app has the rw_ads scope, so I believe the scope is fine. Any ideas what might be going on here? Any help appreciated. Thanks!
