how can i know what packet update have been improved in each computer group on wsus ?

And for more of the answer - Create an update view that only shows updates for the group, and then use that view to see only approved updates. More info here:

An example would be the Test - Workstations group.

Then go into that view and show only approved updates with the status of Any

Please refer to the below picture to view the report and approve the needed updates for the clients.

Note that the update is cumulative in Windows 10. So there is no need to approve all the needed updates and we could approve the latest cumulative updates for the clients.
