I am doing a migration from SP2016 to SharePoint online using the SPMT tool.
All the document libraries and lists have migrated except for two.
Migrating these two libraries show an error "Failed to Read the file:Could not retrieve file's metadata" with Error Code: 0x01310007
However, the scan shows no errors.
I am a farm administrator and also have full control to these libraries. What am I missing?

    @Joe Thomas

    In these two libraries, what are the types of these columns in there?

    For better assistance, I suggest you open a ticket with Microsoft.

    I have also had this issue. I have resolved this issue by checking the column types in the source SP site. Site settings> Site Columns.
    Look for settings which include multiples, choices other than dropdown and rich text etc, and switch them back to the basic options and re run the migration tool.
    This should resolve your issues although finding all the offending switches can take a bit of time.
    Hope this helps
