windown update

Hello, I have access to Windown update is not updated as in the picture below

I then entered the win January 5/2020 on Microsoft but when installed then error message as following screenshot

People only help me fix it. I thank.

    Hello Eberwurz Currently my computer has been updated, however, when installing, report the error code 0x80070002. Hope you can help and guide yourself how to fix it. Thank you.

    Hello xuân,

    thank you for providing this question.

    I am a seasoned Windows expert with almost a decade in usage and support experience and hope to resolve your problems quickly.

    Try running the update as administrator.

    If you cannot update at all try downloading the media creation tool, run it and select "upgrade this pc now" which will do an in place upgrade overriding broken settings and updates.
