Startup program called "Program"

Question

I installed some programs that block websites in order to focus on my studies, and after i found out which one suits better for me, i uninstalled the rest, or i thought so.

For some reason, there is this startup program called "Program", which after investigating a little further using the "line command" option i discovered that the path to the program is one of those programs i've tested early.

But since i uninstalled "FreedomBlocker" neither the path exist even if i try to search, nor i can find the program in my programs list. Yet he appears in my startup list and even if i try to disable. How should i procede?

Highlight the Freedom item in the Startup list shown and Disable it. Restart PC.

Confirm you uninstalled "Freedom" app in Settings > Apps > Apps & Features.

If so go into C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files (86) to look for the Freedom folder, take Ownership of it to delete it. Use this handy right click shortcut which installs a Take Ownership shortcut to your right click menu to use in cases like this on files and folders which won't cooperate:

I would also uninstall CCleaner which is no longer trusted since it was bought by Avast bloatware company and lost it's genius developer. Use built-in Disk Cleanup instead. Never use a registry cleaner which can ruin Windows.

See if it appears in any of the other Startup Locations shown in Step 4 of this tutorial which shows everywhere Startup freedloaders can hide:

Did you check for sure the Program Files folder is gone, because uninstalling it doesn't always remove the folder.

If it's gone from both Program Files locations, then search the registry for Freedom to see if you can find the key that remains to hold this Startup listing:

Hello Greg, thank you very much for the answer.

Disabling in the startup list and restarting my PC for some reason results in the program being enabled again.

I confirmed that no program named Freedom appears in my Apps & Features list.

Since i uninstalled the program, the folder just don't exist, so i can't delete it.

Thank you for CCleaner advice, i'll uninstall it.
