Can't install Java Runtime Environment

Whenever i try to install JRE to my Windows 10 computer nothing happens. I click on the .exe file, click ''yes'', and that's it. Nothing happens. I've tried the offline installer, but it doesn't work. I've tried turning off any ant-virus programs, but still nothing. I tried some other options, that i found on different threads and websites, but java still doesn't install.

    If does not help, I would suggest to Install Java Runtime Environment in safe mode. Safe Mode is a special way for Windows to load when there is a system-critical problem that interferes with the normal operation of Windows.

    To perform a safe mode in windows follow the instruction on the link below.

    Yes! Thank you. It turns out i had a corrupt user profile or something. Made a new profile and it worked.
