QueryContextAttributes and DecryptMessage throwing error

i am trying to implement schannel ssp. After a successful handshake DecryptMessage(phContext, &Message, 0, NULL); and QueryContextAttributes( &hContext, SECPKG_ATTR_SIZES, &Sizes ); are throwing errors. hContext is the latest one which is updated by acceptsecuritycontext.
