Read API unexpected responses

Question

For the past few months, when invoking Azure Read API, we have been receiving invalid responses from the server, like "downstream duration timeout", instead of a valid JSON as specified in the documentation.
This causes parsing errors and is problematic. has anyone faced this as well?

@yonatan Thanks for the question. Can you please add more details about the region and input document. We are able to get response status 200 accepted from Azure Read API.
