Office 2016 Pro Plus won't activate - grace period expired

Hi,

Ran the license tool and can verify that the volume license used at this site is the same as the one applied to this Office installation.

Here is the result of ospp.vbs

    Hi @Richard Kavanagh ,

    Based on the result of ospp.vbs, did you activate Office 2016 by using MAK?
    If so, Please make sure you have the admin permissions of the PC, and make sure the Internet is properly connected.

    Are there any error message when activating Office 2016 or any notifications when opening Office Apps?
    If there are, please share the screenshots with us.

    Did you install other version of Office on this PC? Please make sure to uninstall it completely.

    As each MAK has a predetermined number of allowed activations, please check the MAK Product Key Remaining Activation Count.
    If MAK Activation quantity passes the predetermined limit, you may need to request more activation quantity.

    You may also try the following steps.

    1. Please open the Command Prompt as administrator, and type the following commands.
      cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office16 ,Enter.
      cscript ospp.vbs /unpkey:KW3MB <Last 5 characters of installed product key> ,Enter.
      1. Then enter MAK key by using the product UI to activate Office manually.

    Besides, if there is a security software on the machine, please turn it off temporarily to have a check.

    when i bought a new laptop then its was already installed microsoft office one time i have formate my laptop then couldn't find my microsoft office 2016
