server 2019 evalutation activation

Question

After installing a fresh build of windows server using an eval iso I went to activated w/ the key given to me by our purchasing department. I added the key into the change key gui and it says "Windows is Activated" I didn't think much of it until now several weeks later and there is still the eval nad overlay on the the desktop. Upon further investigation my windows server standard edition still states "Evaluation".

I've tried several of the how to's and read me's regarding "How to Activate Windows Server 2019 Evaluation Edition with VLSC MAK key or Retail key" w/ no luck.

> slmgr /ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx

This command yielded me this error

slmgr /ato
and this command gave me this error

how do i get this activate w/ the serial # i have

Windows Server 2019 is not currently supported here on QnA. They're actively answering question in dedicated forums here.
