Hello, my name is Marco and I am an Independent Advisor. I will do my best to help you.

Press Windows keys + r and type: appwiz.cpl

Look if you don't have a fishy program in the list of installed programs. If yes, uninstall it

And, try a scan with these two anti-malware

    AdwCleaner to clean browser: https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/

    Malwarebytes to clean pc: https://malwarebytes.com/

Tell me if it cleaned this.

    Hi KOMB,

Thanks for your help, but like in Programs and Features, which got opened by typing appwiz.cpl, I didn't found those 2 programs named

" program ", meaning I want to ask that if were those two either were old programs which were removed by me but not properly, leading to still display an empty file in task manager startup option,  or is displaying them for some other case, also thanks for you Malwarebytes recommendation, I already ave Avast Antivirus with built-in web shield and browser cache remover, also I have ADGAURD Adblocker Browser security Extention, meaning it is definitely not a virus, malware etc. So do you have any other clue why is Task manager displaying it?
