Office.com not loading

Good day.

I hope you are well.

One of my clients can not seem to load the office.com webpage or if I manage to load the Page with the Other aliases when I attempt to load the admin page it just booms out without an error for direction on what might be the problem.

all other webpages load without any problem.

please advise.

    Please can you

    1. Reset the Internet connection.
