Hello.

If anyone could help me it would be a blessing.

So first let me introduce you to my specs:

i6-6400 2.7 ghz standard speed.

Nvidia geforce gtx 1070

16 gigabites of ram.

Also we average about 88mb per seconds with our internet.

I just have the problem that Java SE Binary is consuming 100 percent of my cpu. sometimes it drops to 80 but it still lags.

Minecraft singleplayer lags.

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

As per the screenshot and the description provided by you in the post, seems that Java Platform SE Binary is making high CPU usage. In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

    • What is the Version and Build of Windows 10 currently installed? (Type winver in Windows search/Run command)
    • Are you aware of any changes on the PC prior to this issue?

In this scenario we would suggest you to perform these steps and check.

    Step 1: Clear Java cache.

Please refer the steps as mention in this article to clear Java cache for Windows: How do I clear the Java cache?

    Step 2:Clean boot

Try booting your PC in clean boot. Refer to the article on How to perform a clean boot in Windows

**Note:**Clean Boot starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program. Also, you may not be able to use some programs in clean boot.

If performing a clean boot fixes the issue then, please refer to the section How to determine what is causing the problem after you do a clean boot to check which program is causing the issue.

Note: Please refer the section Reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting to boot the computer in to normal mode after troubleshooting.

    Step 3 Reinstall Java.

The Java Uninstall tool helps you improve your computer security by simplifying the process of finding and uninstalling versions of Java. The Uninstall tool shows you a list of the Java versions on your computer and then allows you to select which versions to remove. Please refer this article to uninstall Java: Information about the Java Uninstall Tool for Windows

Please refer the steps as mention in this article to install Java for Windows: How do I install Java?

Let us know the results. If the issue persists, we will certainly assist you further.
