API Management Consumption Tier Troubleshooting and Monitoring

Hi,
I have a APIM Consumption tier resource that is a front end to a group of Logic Apps. When the API method were called , the apim service returned a status code 500.

When I checked the Logic apps logs it does not appear that the logic app was called.

Is there a way to check or monitor the APIM consumption tier service?
