Can't publish uwp application or can't create package

Question

Hi

I try to publish an uwp application .
Using visual studio 2019 under publish -> create app package and check microsoft store under a new app name
i get the following window

In fact in partner center i have some applications reserved name and i don't see them!

Now If i check

and click refresh i obtain

i turned to window store report app team and answer that i have no limitations on my account

Now it works normally , i just sign out the visual studio and sign in again

Make sure you are logged in to your visual studio IDE with the same username and password you are using to login to the store. If you have confirmed that you are indeed signed in with the same account, contact support and open a ticket.
