Error while publishing: Cannot proceed because the resource payload is more than allowed limit

Hi,

I'm getting the following error when trying to publish ADF:

Error while publishing: Cannot proceed because the resource payload is more than allowed limit:
[concat(parameters('factoryName'), '/Dataflow1')]

What limit am I reaching there?
Is it the size of the Dataflow component? If yes, what is the limit?
Is there a way around this problem?
