windows 10 feature update fail

im facing a issue on a number of systems failing to run the 1909 update. The error i get is 80070570 - 2000c.

After comparing the setuperr error from a system that worked to one that didnt i noticed this error:
SPWIMCallback: Error in apply of C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\NewOS\Windows\WinSxS\amd64_microsoft-windows-bubbles_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.18362.1_none_40dbb637472a105d\Bubbles.scr. GLE [5]

So in our company we have mcafee set to block all .scr files. So my guess is when windows is preparing the update, this file isnt getting added as mcafee is blocking it. I have put in a request to have this system to put in a group to allow .scr files to run. However, does anymore know why some systems are trying to apply this bubble screensaver and why?

i want to say we have all screensavers disabled so the users shouldnt beable to add them to the user accounts.

Thanks

    Had exactly same issue today. This error is caused by your anitvirus software. In my case it was MacAffee blocking *.scr files and blocked upgrade process.

    yeah this was not the issue,I did see that online. The clusters are already set to 4096. It looks like after getting mcafee to allow .scr files the update is now working.

    I'm just not sure why some of the systems are giving this error while other systems are not.

    @travis cherry
    Hi,
    According to the error code, you could use MiniTool Partition Wizard Professional Edition to change the cluster size from 512 to 4096.
