so there is a windows apps follder in my e drive i have taken full control of it and and found 2 folders one named "deleted" and other is
"Mutablebackup" and both are empty folders.. Shall i delete it? is it safe to delete? i am scared that if i delete it it will corrupt some thing

Yes, that folder is also created when you tell Windows 10 to install Store Apps and games on that drive, you can also safely delete that folder . . .
there is nothing in the folder means no app contain is here na as i remember one day i changed the content saved setting for 1 second as i was just checking the setting so will it affect anything now i am talking about both folders

Yes, that folder is also created when you tell Windows 10 to install Store Apps and games on that drive, you can also safely delete that folder . . .

Did you at some time change the setting for where Microsoft Store Apps and games will be downloaded to that drive?
if you did, then go to Settings - System Storage - Change where new contents is saved to
Make sure that is not set to that drive you can then delete that folder, if Windows 10 allows you to, it can be very difficult to delete the WIndowsApps folder . . .
and there is also a "program files" folder in the same drive that contains a empty folder name "modifiable windows app"
