"TEMP" users in the Users folder cannot be deleted

There are three "temporary" users listed in the Users folder on my wife's machine.  These appear to be remnants from other Windows faults - there are no users on the machine other than the one belonging to my wife, "Diana".  The "TEMP" folders all have a Documents and Pictures folder which are all empty:

I cannot delete the "TEMP" users:

Can anyone tell me how I can delete the "TEMP" users and tidy up her machine, please?

    The temp folders are from when an update doesn't complete correctly and the user is actually signed-in using the temp profile. If they cannot be deleted it would suggest windows is using the folders.

    Try a few restarts from the sign-in screen, select Power > Restart (4 times) then sign-in as normal and try again.

    I assume there are no problems with missing personal files or settings changing.

    You can try to download the free version of Revo Uninstaller.

    Here's the link to download.

    Once downloaded and installed, open the app.

    Click on Forced Uninstall, locate the folder you are try to remove and hit the Next button

    Once you remove all those folder restart your computer for the changes to take effect..

    After three re-starts, I was allowed to delete the "TEMP" folders in the Users folder.
