    Hi,
You can simulate the case, to open the same Excel file in Read-only mode within Share-point

If you have taken one SO number (given button on Excel file) and have pressed Save button (given in Excel file) to save the data to Text file.

You can further experience that, when you press Refresh button on the same Excel file within another session and it would take latency of around 10 seconds to get the latest data. This is the issue.

    Hi @Scott Huang ,
What's the meaning of "data issue to save attached file"?
I tried to click the link in Workbook from browser and local, but I can try to open in local but not browser.
I suggest you try to test in local Excel desktop.
If my understanding is incorrect, please provide more information and be a bit more precise to explain your requirement or you can upload a screenshot so that I can get more accurate solutions to this problem. I’m glad to help and follow up your reply.
