I want to send an email with a 3 page attachment. When I scan them on the document feeder each individual page shows up. I want it as one attachment for the recipient to open up. How do I change settings for this to change?

As it has already been suggested, you need to look at your scanner software, this is not a Windows function. To do multiple pages, there should be a scan as PDF option within your software. This should give you add page icon feature as you are scanning. When you are done scanning, the saved output will have a .PDF extension on the file name.

Hi, I'm David, an Independent Advisor, here to help you.

What software do you use to scan documents?

What is the manufacturer and model of the scanner?

Usually, image files are created when scanning. To leave all the pages in a single file, you have to scan the documents into a PDF file.

This is not something that Windows does - it's something that your scanner does. Consult the scanner software or ask the scanner manufacturer.
