hotmail account

Question

am working with a IPhone 12 and IPad and since monday 23rd Hotmail ahs been suspended. Now asking me to upgrade to jNew Version. All I want is my Hotmail free service, as in the past.

Hello @Ginny Mejia ,

1.Is your hotmail account blocked?

2.The upgrade to Outlook.com from Hotmail is automatically done for All Hotmail customers.
Did you receive any email telling you to upgrade to New Version? Please check if the link goes to Microsoft.

Microsoft usually has a green shield on the sender's name.

and you might see a lock in the URL / address line

These indicate that the email is coming from Microsoft / legit sender.
