First, please make sure you remember your login and password and then, try signing out from your Mojang Account. Once you've done it, follow the steps below:
> Right-click your Start Menu icon
> Select Windows PowerShell (admin)
> On the window that pops up, type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter
> Now, type ipconfig /release and press Enter
> To finish, type ipconfig /renew and Press Enter
> Reboot your PC
> Sign in to your Mojang Account again
> Check if the issue persists
