Where can I download the "Show or hide updates" troubleshooter (wushowhide.diagcab)? I have a persistent problem with the March security update conflicting with a Kyocera device driver and crashing every time I try to print.

    Hi Graham

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .

Microsoft released the KB5000802 update that has caused a lot printer related problems, most people's PC's are going to blue screen then the user tries to print, other people are experiencing blank areas on the printed media

The download for the Show/Hide on the Microsoft website is showing a 404 error, you can get that from this web page in the meantime:

Microsoft have released two patches for these bugs, in updates named KB5001567 and KB5001649 which you can download from the links below

Patch for blank areas on the Printed Media:

    https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search...

Patch for Blue Screens when printing

    32 bit:

    64-bit

Please Note, some people are reporting this patch from Microsoft does not fix the blue screen when printing, if that happens to you, uninstall KB5000802 and pause your updates for 7 days, to give them a chance to resolve this bug
