"Cluster IP address resource cannot be brought online because a duplicate IP address '% 2' was detected on the network. Please ensure all IP addresses are unique."

Question

I am getting the error message when I try to bring one of the cluster nodes online;

"Cluster IP address resource cannot be brought online because a duplicate IP address '% 2' was detected on the network. Please ensure all IP addresses are unique."

Everything was working, after updating the network driver that cleared the settings and ips of the node card I couldn't get it online anymore.

I already performed the cleaning, through:

• "Netsh interface ip delete arpcache";
• "No arp -d";
• I stopped the Routing and Remote Services service;
• It already removes the driver from networks and ISAPT.
• Reboot the server;
• The file witness is ok.

When consulting the arp -a it looks like everything, I set the ips fixed on the cluster's network cards (I don't change) and even so the error is occurring when trying to bring the cluster online;
