Microsoft Basic Display Adapter (No ACPI support) issues.

I have been spending a whole week trying to update my NVIDIA graphics card but I came to a conclusion that the issues of my drivers not being updated is because of the Microsoft display adapter. This is the message I receive once I install it:

This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

Object Name not found.

I tried uninstalling and updating, resetting my computer, using a DDU to clear all my drivers. Nothing works! I think it has a corrupted  path since the driver location is "unknown". Is there any way to restore this driver ? I looked into the registry but I do not feel comfortable messing with the files and just want to be able to use my graphics card again.

    Hello Pat565, welcome to the Microsoft community, my name is Luiz Cruz, an independent consultant and I would be happy to help you.

    Initially for this problem I recommend that you try to restore the system by following the instructions below:

    Press Windows key + I to access system settings;

    Click Update and Security;

    Click Recovery;

    In Restore your pc, click start now and follow the instructions on the screen to restore;

    You will be able to choose between keeping personal files or removing them;

    Note: It is recommended that you back up your personal files before

    I hope I helped, see you soon!

    Dear Pat565,right click on the Start Menu and go to Device Manager;

    Is a device with a yellow Exclamation mark displayed on this screen?

    In Video adapters, by clicking the arrow> which adapters are shown in the list?

    I await news, see you soon!
