Thanks for reaching out @Han Tint Zaw !! In order to view the details of cause and impact of the triggered health events , you traverse to Azure Portal -> Search and Select "Service Health" and Click on ResourceHealth as shown below.
On Resource Health page, Select the Subscription and Resource Type to check the health. All the resources of the specified resource type will be listed. Select any resource , you will be able to view the health history. So whenever health event is triggered related info can be seen as shown below.
