I am trying to find information on what admin profile I can assign to a user to allow their credentials to be used for admin prompt installs of applications. Let's say I have Joe.Smith@xx.com, I don't want to make his account a global admin, but for him to be able to remotely log into a basic user's computer and use his credentials, Joe.Smith@xx.com and password, to approve the installation.

It is suggested to assign Intune Service Administrator (also known as Intune Administrator) permission with Application Manager role. Role-based access control (RBAC) helps you manage who has access to your organization's resources and what they can do with those resources. By assigning roles to your Intune users, you can limit what they can see and change. Each role has a set of permissions that determine what users with that role can access and change within your organization.
