Hello how are you?
Welcome to the Microsoft Community!
My name is Luciano L., I am an independent consultant, I am here to help you in the best possible way.
It is a pleasure to help you today. I'm sorry that you have to deal with this. I know how frustrating it can be for you. I will do my best to help you :)
This is an open community, whenever you need you can share the problem so that possible repairs are suggested.
For a possible solution, try to restore the PC.
1-Before entering Windows Logon, click the shutdown button, located in the lower right corner of the screen.
2-Hold the SHIFT key and press and hold Restart.
3-Keep holding the Shift key until you see the blue screen written Choose an option.
4-Click Troubleshooting> Restore your PC and finally keep my files.
Wait until it finishes and then you will be able to log back into Windows with administrator privilege and a copy of your profile. See if the error persists.
I await news.
