user profile Cannot be loaded.

I have been trying to log on to my Windows 10 for 4 hours now. In the last year I used a four digit PIN. Then 2 days ago I attempted to remove a user profile that is no longer used. I guess I removed something I was not supposed to because I cannot get past the sign in screen. The option I forgot my pin.. and, sign in options, I have tried over and over. When I put in my password or if I put in my PIN it immediately goes to a blue screen that says the user profile service service failed the sign- in.  User profile cannot be loaded.   NOW I do not know where to go.  I powered on this HP pavilion laptop, then powered off and then powered back on while attempting to tap some of the f function keys. Please somebody help. Thank you from Nashville.

This is an open community, whenever you need you can share the problem so that possible repairs are suggested.

For a possible solution, try to restore the PC.

1-Before entering Windows Logon, click the shutdown button, located in the lower right corner of the screen.

2-Hold the SHIFT key and press and hold Restart.

3-Keep holding the Shift key until you see the blue screen written Choose an option.

4-Click Troubleshooting> Restore your PC and finally keep my files.

Wait until it finishes and then you will be able to log back into Windows with administrator privilege and a copy of your profile. See if the error persists.

    I await news.
