Windows animation lagging
This all problem i started observing when i though to update my kali linux wsl to WSL 2 and to do that enabling virtualization from bios and also need to enable a windows feature " virtual machine platform " but after enabling the virtual machine platform and rebooted my device. After it restarted I observed that the windows animations in start menu and scrolling animation in start menu also other related animations were lagging and also the intel graphics control Panel option was missing when I right-clicked on my desktop.
Please anyone help me to sort this problem.

As you have mentioned that the issue only occurs when you enable Virtualization and Virtual Machine platform features, I would suggest you to post your query in Windows on Q&A, where we have support professionals to address your query.
However, regarding the Intel HD Graphics Control Panel, I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in my earlier response and see if that helps.

I understand that windows animation are lagging on your computer. I’ll certainly assist you with the issue.
However, please let us know the build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer. Refer Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
As you have mentioned that Intel Graphics Control Panel is missing, I would suggest you try updating the graphics driver and see if that helps. To do this refer the steps mentioned below to update display drivers:
- Press Windows logo key + X, and select Device Manager.
- Expand Display adapters.
- Right click on the display driver and select Update Drivers.
- Restart the computer if prompted.

You may also want to try downloading the drivers from the manufacturer’s website and update them.
