Why is my certificate, badge and transcript not available?

I passed my AI-900 exam on Tuesday (27th April) and although I have managed to get my badge through credly I have not been able to view my transcript or certificate through the dashboard. It comes up with the error 'sorry we could not find you certification profile. '

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
    your Microsoft Certification dashboard
