Add comments on power bi values

Hi,
I've just built my power BI reports and I would like to know if it is possible to add manually some comments in front of my values.
To be clear, I've my customers with my numbers/results and I'm looking for the option to add some comments in front of each customers to update the relationship/business topic.

Then, is it possible to get this comment directly in the "customer base" so I can find it in all the reports I have?
