So I have a Windows Settings app, and the Top Header is Missing

It looks like this:

    i"ve got the same inssue now. My windows is definitely activated and up to date.

    Edition Windows 10 Pro

    Two things:

    1. You need to activate windows. Running windows requires a genuine license.
    2. The Settings Header is not available to 100 percent users as of now. It is rolling out gradually.
