HI dear expert
one of user mailbox says items in favorite in OWA 2013 disappear and only item in inbox show to me
so i have no idea what happen to their item in favorite and how to fixed
please give me hand to fix our issue

By this, do you mean only Inbox folder appears in the Favorite section now, while the other folders this user added to Favorite previously all disappeared?
If this describes the situation and this only occurs to the particular user, it's likely that the missing folders were removed from Favorite by accident and it's suggested to adding them back by right-clicking the folder under your personal folder, and select Add to Favorites.

Is this only affecting the "Inbox" folder?
Does this user have the mailbox configured in the Outlook client? If yes, how does it look there?
To help narrow down the issue, it's suggested to opening the brower in private mode or switching to a different browser and check the result.
If it doesn't work, please try repairing the mailbox by running the following command:
New-MailboxRepairRequest –Mailbox <UserName> –CorruptionType FolderView
To check the status of the mailbox repair requests, we can use the command below:
Get-MailboxRepairRequest –Mailbox <UserName>

NO affected on all items below USER1
-testing with another browser and suggested command but still problem not resolved
