Hi There,

We recently acquired a company. They applications are using a relay system called S2 to send out emails to their office tenant. now, i would like to send re-reroute traffic by skipping S2 & their office 365 tenant. Can anyone help how can i resolve it.

Today email route :

application > S2 > office 365 tenant (old compnay)> <Email Security>

Proposed routing

Preference 1: application > Email Securityor <my company office 365 tenant>
Preference 2: xDL forrum > S2 > Email Security or my company office 365 tenant

    Hi @p naveen kumar ,
What does xDL forrum mean? According to my research, no relevant information was found.
So how is the configuration between your application and S2? For example, how to specify the mail sent from the application to be sent to S2 for relay?
If possible, you could try to just cancel the settings and send the email directly to the Internet, and send it directly to your Office 365 through DNS resolution.
