I keep getting BSODS when playing Roblox. The error was DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and was caused by kbdclass .sys This only happens on Roblox, no other games do this.

I followed this here http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/driver\_irq\_not\_less\_or\_equal-involving-hkkbdfltr-sys.821377/ and restarted my computer and going to try it out now. If anything else happens I'll tell you. Thank you.

    Hi Dorime

All your minidump files indicate a driver named HKKbdFltr.sys as the cause of the system crashes

Are you using ant keyboard software to create Hotkeys, that drive is usually associated to that type of software . . .

    Hi Dorime

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .

kbdclass .sys is just the default keyboard driver in Windows 10, please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes . . .

    Open Windows File Explorer

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .
