Having problems with games crashing. Exception code 0xc0000005

I have some problem with my game. When I play for several hours suddenly the game crashes and when I check the event viewer appears:

I have try scan my RAM but no errors.

    when reinstalling it worked. but after a few days and updates in windows this error appears again

    Update :

    With fps lock on 60 no more errors comes after i played more than 1 hours. but I'm still wondering why this error can appear?

    My drivers GPU is up to date and i will also check CPU & GPU temperature when playing games.

    Hello,

    The first thing to try is to check if your GPU drivers are up to date. To do this use the constructors software, not windows update. Have you checked game files integrity or reinstalled it ? That might fix the problem too. I would also recommend to monitor your GPU and CPU thermals to see if they aren't too high before a crash.
