Computer having many strange problems

Hi, I've been having a lot of strange problems ever since I got my new computer back in January.

At first I brushed off these problems since I thought I was either overthinking or mis-imagining the problems but in recent months they have gotten worse and worse.

Firstly, I have some problems with my audio, sometimes it will crash randomly, and when I check the reliability monitor, it says "Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation" has crashed and in addition, my audio can be a bit crackly at times, which doesn't bother me much, but it certainly didn't happen before and I have tested with different headphones to prove that isn't just a result of that.

Secondly, some programs (namely After Effects and Blender) will refuse to open, usually after doing tasks such as rendering and in order to fix this problem, I have to restart my computer and when this happens in one program, it hits all the other programs affected by this problem too (for example, if I render something in After Effects, and it refuses to open, Blender and any other programs affected by this will refuse to open too)

I've tried doing sfc /scannow, and I thought it fixed the problem at first, but it happened again despite me doing this.

Thirdly, some programs are slow when certain other programs are open, for example when I open a pixel art program I use, it makes some of my other programs slow as well, despite the fact that the pixel art program doesn't use up much of my CPU. The same goes for other programs, and it seems to affect things in the strangest of ways, such as making scrolling slower.

And finally, I have a problem with screen tearing. Some programs will randomly become prone to screen tearing. At first I thought this was normal, as it happened on programs such as paint.net, however this began to happen on other programs too, which never happened on other computers I used in the past. I already tried to turn off v-sync, but this didn't make much of a difference.

There are other problems too, but these four are the most important and I believe they're all linked to the same cause.

So far, I have tried:

Doing a virus scan with Malwarebytes, it didn't detect any viruses or registry faults either

Doing a repair install of Windows, didn't fix any of the problems whatsoever

Doing a reset (whilst keeping all my personal files), which again didn't fix anything at all.

I thought of doing a full reset of my computer, but I don't know if this will fix anything either

I also considered updating my BIOS too, since I read on another site that it could potentially fix the audio problems

And I also considered contacting my PC's manufacturer about this.

However I'm quite low on options and if anyone could potentially help out I would really appreciate it as I have been dealing with this for months, thanks.
