DistributedCOM ERROR

Hello.

I was using Windows 8.1 when my laptop started to crash randomly giving the error message KERNEL_ERROR

I looked up a few tutorials on how to get it fixed and tried to reset and reinstall Windows. The error persisted still, after that i decided to upgrade the whole system to Windows 10 (while keeping my personal files). The laptop didnt crash for a couple of hours after that but it crashed again with a new error ; DistributedCOM .

I checked the event center and this is what i found:

The machine-default permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

{C2F03A33-21F5-47FA-B4BB-156362A2F239}

and APPID

{316CDED5-E4AE-4B15-9113-7055D84DCC97}

to the user Nii-caps\Uji SID (S-1-5-21-4217470697-2117760308-2659535209-1001) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Microsoft.Windows.ShellExperienceHost_10.0.19041.610_neutral_neutral_cw5n1h2txyewy SID (S-1-15-2-155514346-2573954481-755741238-1654018636-1233331829-3075935687-2861478708). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

i'm looking for a good solution because i've got my exams coming up soon :(

    Thanks, the disk is as good as it can be. I wonder if it is a controller issue. Does the laptop offer diagnostics as well at boot or through app? If so, have you run that on all the components specifically the HD?

    Hello Sumit,

    Here you'll find the CHKDSK results along with the screenshots you asked for. I inserted everything into a OneDrive file, I hope you don't have a problem with that.

    Hi Uji,

    I am Sumit, an Independent Advisor here to assist you.

    Dcom errors are generic and are present on every functioning computer. When you say it crashed. Does it BSOD occur? If so. Share the dump files using the instructions below.

    We need log files(called dump files) that tell us what lead to crash.

    Please share them with us for a better analysis of the problem. Instructions can be found here:
