Does anyone know where to find a tech doc detailing the configuration set up for CES and CEP server using application pool? I have it halfway set up but I need to know how to tie in a service account and set up the SSL certificate (I think I know but I want to confirm).

I have read both articles and there are a lot of steps I can adapt to my system. As I have grown children who will want to use their laptops here when they visit, I will want this to be set up for them ahead of time. Thank you.
